Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, and since digital, downloaded products are impossible to return, once your digital product has been made available for download we do not give refunds for any reason. Upon approved payment from your credit card company our system makes your downloadable product immediately available to you for download. If you can’t download your order, due to anti-virus software or other system related issues on your computer, we will be happy to send your order via email.
